Warfield is not a traditional Recruitment or Interim Management Agency. All individuals involved with Warfield are actively involved with Interim or Part-Time Assignments, this includes the Managing Director.

Warfield is structured on a network basis to avoid large central overheads, the benefits of which can be passed on to Clients. Only Interim Executives who can produce excellent references, which can be verbally verified by Clients, are utilised.

Profile of the MD

The Warfield Managing Director, David Haikney BSc ACA, is an experienced Interim Finance Executive. He has held troubleshooting, Finance Director, Managing Director and CEO roles at mainly private companies operating in a range of industry sectors. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
