We will work with the Client to compile a UK Target Company Profile. A template covering suggested information is available.
Scope of Services
Via our network of UK professional firms and industry contacts, we distribute and coordinate a Target Company Profile.
Cost Effective
A nominal fee is charged for the Target Company search process. Ongoing support can be provided on a day rate basis.
Details of those companies responding positively to the Search Process will be passed to the Client. At all times the Client, or their existing company advisors, will have the option to communicate directly with a target company. There is no obligation to use Warfield for this purpose, although Warfield are always available to support or lead discussions in the UK.
